Booking, Payment & Credit Policy
- Rescheduling Policy: Appointments may be rescheduled up to 48 hours prior to your booking. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of your complimentary credit or deposit.

No Refund Policy: Absolutely Loved Valentines offers are non-refundable but may be credited to your account for future use in accordance with our Credit Policy.

Credit Policy: If your treatment isn’t booked by the expiry date, the paid amount will be credited to your Absolute Cosmetic account for future use (excluding Absolutely Loved Valentines offer prices).
