Generally, you must go for a 15-minute walk within 1 to 2 hours after treatment.
A stocking is worn for 24 hours and is then removed, along with cotton wool buds. The stocking is replaced for the next 3-7 days. While showering, the stocking may be covered by a clean garbage bag.
Your other leg or another area can be treated 24 hours later.
You should wait at least 24 hours until you exercise, as the cotton wool buds can cause friction blisters. Once these are removed, exercise is more acceptable. The area should be kept clean and dry after exercise.
