Dr. Maysa Abu Laban (MED0001577155) is a cosmetic and skin cancer physician with a wealth of knowledge gained from her 24 years of experience in both fields.

Dr. Maysa completed her Bachelor of Medicine & Surgery in 1989 and went on to pursue further studies and training in internal medicine (MRCP 1, England) and aesthetic medicine, and completed her Master’s in Skin Cancer Medicine & Surgery from the University of Queensland in 2012. Dr. Maysa Abu Laban has 24 years of experience in multiple cosmetic treatments in WA, including intense pulse light and thread lifts.

She provided skin cancer services for The Australian Skin Cancer Clinics, The National Skin Cancer Centres and the Helius Medical Group. This included full skin cancer and lesion checks to management of skin cancers using a range of available options such as surgical excisions, electrodessication, cryotherapy and photodynamic therapy. In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Maysa Abu Laban enjoys teaching and sharing her knowledge and experience. She presents regularly at local and international conferences.  She is also a lecturer for Health Cert, a global organisation dedicated to achieving comprehensive doctors’ education across 32 countries. She provided training for doctors, dentists and nurses through Derma Medical, an international training company. Dr. Maysa  is also a KOL and trainer for multiple leading aesthetic companies, including Athena BioMed, K Bridge Medical, and Mondeal.
