Evidence-based cessation aids are recommended where necessary.
Medications and Supplements: Blood-thinning agents (such as aspirin, ibuprofen, vitamin E, fish oil, green tea, turmeric, and other anti-inflammatories) should be avoided for 10 days prior to surgery.
