These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our website, products, services, online booking facilities, promotional offers, and related communications.

By accessing or using this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms & Conditions, you must cease using this website immediately.

4. Consultations and Treatment Eligibility

All treatments offered by Absolute Cosmetic are subject to consultation and practitioner assessment.

Our practitioners reserve the right to decline treatment where it is considered clinically inappropriate, unsuitable, or not in the patient’s best interests.

Patients are responsible for providing accurate and complete medical information during consultations and throughout their treatment journey.

Failure to disclose relevant medical information may affect treatment suitability and outcomes.

5. Appointments and Bookings

Appointments may be booked online, by telephone, in person, or through other approved booking channels.

All appointments are subject to availability and confirmation by Absolute Cosmetic.

We reserve the right to reschedule, postpone, or cancel appointments where reasonably necessary, including where practitioner availability changes or operational circumstances require.

Bookings may require a deposit, which will be disclosed at the time of booking.

6. Cancellation, Rescheduling and No-Shows

Cancellation, rescheduling, and no-show policies apply to all appointments.

Where a deposit has been paid, the deposit may be forfeited where a patient:

Cancels without providing the required notice;
Fails to attend an appointment; or
Arrives too late for treatment to proceed.

Absolute Cosmetic reserves the right to charge cancellation fees or require additional deposits for future bookings where repeated late cancellations or missed appointments occur.

7. Pricing and Payments

All prices displayed on this website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

Prices are subject to change without notice.

While reasonable efforts are made to ensure pricing accuracy, Absolute Cosmetic reserves the right to correct pricing errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and may cancel or refuse bookings or purchases affected by such errors.

Payment is required at the time services are provided unless alternative arrangements have been approved by Absolute Cosmetic.

8. Promotions, Discounts and Special Offers

Absolute Cosmetic may offer discounts, promotional pricing, package deals, referral incentives, giveaways, gift voucher promotions, and other special offers from time to time.

Unless otherwise stated:

Offers apply only to eligible treatments as specified in the relevant promotional material, applicable Terms & Conditions, or as advised following enquiry or during a complimentary video consultation;
Offers apply only during the advertised promotional period;
Offers cannot be applied retrospectively;
Offers cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or alternative services;
Offers are not transferable;
Offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount, referral incentive, membership benefit, loyalty reward, package pricing, or special offer; and
Bookings remain subject to consultation, treatment suitability, and practitioner availability.

Absolute Cosmetic reserves the right to amend, suspend, extend, replace, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without notice.

Additional terms may apply to individual promotions and will be published alongside the relevant offer.

9. Current Promotional Offers

Charli App Raine Square Offer

This offer is valid at Absolute Cosmetic Perth City Raine Square location only.

Discounts apply only to the specific treatments listed under each location’s promotional offer.

The 10% saving applies to full-priced treatments only and cannot be used on packages, already discounted services, or gift cards.

Offer is valid until 31 October 2026.

All treatments are subject to consultation and practitioner assessment to determine suitability. Not all patients are suitable candidates for all treatments, and individual results may vary.

Offers are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.

Offer valid with selected nurses at our Applecross, Nedlands, Innaloo, Perth City, and Joondalup clinics.

The promotion provides 10% off eligible treatments for appointments booked and attended between 16 September 2026 and 30 September 2026.

Offer is valid for new bookings only and cannot be applied retrospectively to existing appointments, prepaid treatments, or previously purchased packages.

All treatments are subject to consultation and clinical assessment by the treating practitioner to determine suitability. Not all patients are suitable candidates for all treatments. Individual results vary and no specific outcomes are guaranteed.

Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount, package, gift voucher, membership benefit, referral credit, loyalty reward, or special offer unless otherwise stated.

Bookings are essential and are subject to practitioner availability.

Geraldton Specials – Terms and Conditions

Offers are valid for treatments booked and completed at our Geraldton clinic (Bluff Point Dental) only.

Offers are valid for the Spring 2026 promotional period (September to November 2026).

Pricing displayed reflects the discounted/special rate; standard pricing applies outside the promotional period.

All treatments require a consultation to confirm suitability. Offers are not a guarantee of treatment eligibility or outcome.

The “Buy 2, Get 1 Complimentary” IPL offer applies to the third treatment within a purchased series and cannot be redeemed separately or exchanged for cash.

Where a deposit is required for a treatment, this will be specified at time of booking.

Offers cannot be combined with any other offer, discount, or promotion unless stated.

10% off treatments with Nurse Jess is valid until 30 September 2026.

Offer applies to treatments performed by Nurse Jess at the Geraldton clinic only.

Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, package or discount.

Valid for new bookings only within the offer period; treatment date may fall after 30 September where availability requires.

Father’s Day Macallan Giveaway Terms and Conditions

Offer valid from Friday 28 August 2026 until 11:59pm Sunday 6 September 2026 and may be withdrawn or changed at any time without notice.

One entry is given for every gift voucher of $50 or more purchased during the offer period, for any clinic or service.

There is no limit to the number of entries a single customer can receive; entries are earned per qualifying voucher purchase, not per voucher redemption.

Winner will be drawn at random and contacted by phone or email on Monday 7 September 2026.

Prize is one bottle of Macallan, valued at $575, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other item.

Entrants must be 18 years or older. Valid photo ID may be requested before the prize is released.

Spring Specials Terms and Conditions

Offer valid for appointments booked and completed by 30 November 2026.
Rejuran – Lips $399, Eyes $650, Face $799, Face & Eyes $1,100. Available at all full-time ACM clinics and Mandurah. Subject to suitability assessment by a qualified practitioner prior to treatment.

Hair Removal – 10% off all treatments. Available at all full-time ACM clinics and Mandurah. A $50 booking fee is required to secure your appointment and is redeemable towards treatment. Subject to suitability assessment by a qualified practitioner prior to treatment.

Bridal Package – 15% off selected packages. Available at all full-time ACM clinics and Mandurah. Minimum spend of $1,500 applies. Package inclusions confirmed following consultation.

Lumecca IPL – Full Face $325. Available at metro clinics offering this treatment. Subject to suitability assessment by a qualified practitioner prior to treatment.

All treatments must be completed by 30 November 2026.

Subject to availability. Bookings are not confirmed until a deposit or full payment is received.

Not valid with any other offer, discount, or promotion. Cannot be redeemed for cash and is non-transferable to other treatments or locations.

Standard consultation and consent process applies. Treatment will not proceed if deemed clinically unsuitable, and no charge will apply in this case.

10. Gift Cards and Gift Vouchers

Gift cards and gift vouchers are subject to any conditions specified at the time of issue.

Gift cards and vouchers are not redeemable for cash;
Gift cards and vouchers are not transferable;
Lost, stolen, damaged, or expired vouchers may not be replaced; and
Gift cards and vouchers may only be redeemed for eligible products and services.

11. Refunds and Credits

Treatments already performed are generally not refundable due to change of mind.

Unused treatment balances or consultation fees may, at Absolute Cosmetic’s discretion, be converted to a clinic credit rather than refunded.

Results vary between individuals and dissatisfaction with treatment outcomes does not automatically entitle a patient to a refund.

Refund requests will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Prepaid treatments, packages, memberships and gift cards are non-refundable.

Products may only be refunded or exchanged in accordance with Absolute Cosmetic’s refund policy.

12. Intellectual Property

All content published on this website, including text, graphics, images, logos, videos, treatment information, branding, designs, software, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Absolute Cosmetic and is protected by Australian intellectual property rights.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, transmit, or otherwise use any website content without our prior written consent.
