4. Consultations and Treatment Eligibility

Our practitioners reserve the right to decline treatment where it is considered clinically inappropriate, unsuitable, or not in the patient’s best interests.

Patients are responsible for providing accurate and complete medical information during consultations and throughout their treatment journey.

Failure to disclose relevant medical information may affect treatment suitability and outcomes.

5. Appointments and Bookings

Appointments may be booked online, by telephone, in person, or through other approved booking channels.

All appointments are subject to availability and confirmation by Absolute Cosmetic.

We reserve the right to reschedule, postpone, or cancel appointments where reasonably necessary, including where practitioner availability changes or operational circumstances require.

Bookings may require a deposit, which will be disclosed at the time of booking.

6. Cancellation, Rescheduling and No-Shows

Cancellation, rescheduling, and no-show policies apply to all appointments.

Where a deposit has been paid, the deposit may be forfeited where a patient:

Cancels without providing the required notice;
Fails to attend an appointment; or
Arrives too late for treatment to proceed.

Absolute Cosmetic reserves the right to charge cancellation fees or require additional deposits for future bookings where repeated late cancellations or missed appointments occur.

7. Pricing and Payments

All prices displayed on this website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

Prices are subject to change without notice.

While reasonable efforts are made to ensure pricing accuracy, Absolute Cosmetic reserves the right to correct pricing errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and may cancel or refuse bookings or purchases affected by such errors.

Payment is required at the time services are provided unless alternative arrangements have been approved by Absolute Cosmetic.

8. Promotions, Discounts and Special Offers

Absolute Cosmetic may offer discounts, promotional pricing, package deals, referral incentives, giveaways, gift voucher promotions, and other special offers from time to time.

Unless otherwise stated:

Offers apply only to eligible treatments as specified in the relevant promotional material, applicable Terms & Conditions, or as advised following enquiry or during a complimentary video consultation;
Offers apply only during the advertised promotional period;
Offers cannot be applied retrospectively;
Offers cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or alternative services;
Offers are not transferable;
Offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount, referral incentive, membership benefit, loyalty reward, package pricing, or special offer; and
Bookings remain subject to consultation, treatment suitability, and practitioner availability.

Absolute Cosmetic reserves the right to amend, suspend, extend, replace, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without notice.

Additional terms may apply to individual promotions and will be published alongside the relevant offer.

9. Current Promotional Offers

This offer is valid at Absolute Cosmetic Perth City Raine Square location only.

Discounts apply only to the specific treatments listed under each location’s promotional offer.

The 10% saving applies to full-priced treatments only and cannot be used on packages, already discounted services, or gift cards.

Bookings are essential and are subject to practitioner availability.

Patients may choose either the package price including the advertised complimentary inclusions or the treatment-only price excluding all complimentary inclusions.

10. Gift Cards and Gift Vouchers

Gift cards and gift vouchers are subject to any conditions specified at the time of issue.

Gift cards and vouchers are not redeemable for cash;
Gift cards and vouchers are not transferable;
Lost, stolen, damaged, or expired vouchers may not be replaced; and
Gift cards and vouchers may only be redeemed for eligible products and services.

11. Refunds and Credits

Treatments already performed are generally not refundable due to change of mind.

Unused treatment balances or consultation fees may, at Absolute Cosmetic’s discretion, be converted to a clinic credit rather than refunded.

Results vary between individuals and dissatisfaction with treatment outcomes does not automatically entitle a patient to a refund.

Refund requests will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Prepaid treatments, packages, memberships and gift cards are non-refundable.

Products may only be refunded or exchanged in accordance with Absolute Cosmetic’s refund policy.

12. Intellectual Property

All content published on this website, including text, graphics, images, logos, videos, treatment information, branding, designs, software, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Absolute Cosmetic and is protected by Australian intellectual property rights.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, transmit, or otherwise use any website content without our prior written consent.
